Whore is the AFS module if i want to disconnect it

The AFS module is a real WHORE !!😁

Actually the AFS module never comes alone, it's always combined together with ALS. This is why in Forscan You see it as AFS/ALS module. By having replaced your AFS headlights with LED (nobody knows which ones: with ALS support or without) You have two options:
1. If your new headlights are with ALS support - then change in your IC config 14-th line to 720-04-14 0320 ...;
2. Change it to 0310 ... if there's no ALS support in your new headlights (and actually they are the same as halo lights with the LEDs installed instead of halo), & get rid of that AFS/ALS module. But, in that case You have to think how to adjust manually & remotely the level of new headlights

Take a pic of your front light and we will be able to tell you what do you have.

Imo you haven't the hardware, I've never seen any Mazda with the hardware without the light option active.

Actually, I read through the posts again and noticed in your post the last lines talking about enabling the ALH in addition to LAS/LDWS so I changed the mentioned bits and now the warning icon of headlights is off and the CMU shows Adaptive LED headlights option.

So thank you again for taking time to sift through the configs and finding the correct combinations to enable these functions.

I replaced them with OEM LED lamps without AFS but with ALS. After telling the IC that I need nO AFS i still get the orange bulb on cluster and same errors (b10a3;86-48 b10a4:86-48 b10a3:87-8A b10a4:87-8a)

however the AFS option is gone from MZD CONNECT after coding

anyone help?

Now the question is - "How exactly (with which commands?) did You tell to IC that You need nO AFS"?
Maybe the IC has understood You wrong?

I changed

720-02-01 to no AFS
720-04-14 to xenon/led without AFS
and also the checksum

Expose exactly the line 720-04-14 which You had before & after.
Because the DTCs obtained belong exclusively to AFS feature & switching to ALS should have disabled them.
Did You try to reset those DTCs?

Yes I did. My friend adviced me to use Mazda IDS and disable “light check” which will resolve my problem.

in his opinion MAZDA IDS can turn of lamp / light testing which will make no DTCs arising from lighting

I would suggest You to make a dump of every affordable module in Forscan before & after that IDS operation. In order to see what exactly they changed

Just one hour ago I have found one difference between ALS/AFLS & ALH in the wiring diagrams.
In ALS/AFLS the levelling actuators are connected to Auto-Levelling Control module.
In ALH the levelling actuators are connected to ADB module (which obviously substitutes the Auto-Levelling Control module).
But more than that, the "High beam ON" LH wire is disconnected from ESU in case of ALH headlights.
Everything that leads to the thought that High/Low beams switching in ALH is fulfilled by manipulation of levelling actuators only, and without any LED groups switching in ALH headlights!

Here, you can notice, that i-DM has two various option - St 3/St 5 - The number of stages the Intelligent Drive Master (i-DM) can be switched.
I suppose, that it is buried somewhere in configuration. Maybe if this setting has invalid value - it shows error for those ppl, who tried to activate it and had Invalid Stage. That's just a guess off top of my head.

Your general mistake is that U're trying to activate LAS with LDWS disabled.
LAS is only the superstructure on top of LDWS. U need to enable & activate LDWS first.
Also, LAS U've enabled (partially) only in FSC, but not in IC 720G4H0 line, where it should be:
720G4H082... instead of your 720G4H080... + re-calculated 720G4G1 ... line.
First, U have to be sure that LAS_CUR PID is present in your EPS module in order to be able to activate LAS.
In case when it is present - then follow the next settings.

Your correct values in FSC should look like:

Keep in mind that there might be some DTCs present concerning LDWS/LAS initialization until U make it dynamically by riding 10-15 minutes with above 60 km/h on some highway with good lanes' separation markings

P.S. About ALH U can forget with your present hardware.
About i-STOP better replies someone who has really de-activated it
