I have realized that no matter what asbuilt I change, nothing seems to change with my car.
I recently enabled TSR by changing the bit in 706-01-02, but nothing seemed to change. The option is still not visible in the infotainment. I have a navi SD card inserted, but I do not have a HUD.

Does anyone know if I need to do something else after changing asbuilt to apply the configuration?
