Very strange that You have TSR & SCBS enabled but no LDWS & LAS.
Normally they should be coming from the same FSC module considering that your car is 2017 (or 2018?)
I also have the FSC and SCBS, but no TSR and no LDWS/LAS. i am still looking for ways to enable LDWS/LAS, as that should work. also, LDWS needs a tiny bit of extra hardware - the LDWS button in the button cluster left of the steering wheel.

As for me, that button isn't that much necessary. It'll be enough to have opportunity to enable & disable the feature in CMU.
Anyway the absence of that button should not stop the feature operating, it's only the handy way to enable & disable the feature fast. The button always lives in open position & it's the same as having no button.

E.G. This is the part of IC for my M2 2016:

Today in M3 2017 I've enabled byte B4 of FSC 706-01-02 in order to enable TSR according to previous studies in this thread of forum. The block recorded back to FSC successfully with no DTCs coming.
Now does anyone know whether anything should be present in CMU settings mentioning TSR?
Or I can find it out only over ADD while driving in the city?
In ForSCAN FSC configuration screen (presented earlier) nothing changed or appeared.
Maybe it's necessary to change something in IC also?

I'm about to give this a shot with my 2017 M3 GT (NA/U.S.). I have the FSC and SCBS, primarily want TSR but it sounds like I can get LDWS too! I will probably drive around a bit to see if any traffic signs show up on my HUD, but I would guess that if we don't see the TSR setting in the infotainment settings, it is not enabled. You did restart the car/infotainment system after changing the value, right?

E: waiting on extended license...

Certainly I did.

My present setting are:
706-01-01-6C80-9000-72FD
706-01-02-8400-0000-0094
but it didn't help.

The original were:
706-01-01-6C80-9000-72FD
706-01-02-8400-0000-10A4

When I remove TSR value on FSC module, it removes the option on my CMU. So I suppose There are no values to change on IC.
It could be when it was originally enabled somewhere else & when You disable the fuction in FSC it may disappear from CMU.
Could You share pls your IC backup to compare?

Meantime, if You have the same FSC module as I presented the picture before then You can try to change the LDWS+LKA setting to try to get in ForSCAN the FSC configuration as I pesented earlier

TSR isn't present on my car on FSC module config. And I see no change in IC module when TSR is active/desactive

I've just add all your value on my FSC module with 0 on 706-01-02 B4:b4 without any DTC.
Now I'll need the right IC values...

Tryed also to active AFS with known values (1 on 720-04-14 B1:b5:b4). I've got a orange light on my dashboard when I'm in auto light... Idk if it's working.

To activate BSM on IC

07-20-04-21 B1 b5 = 1 may be different in their instrument panels for those with RVM or BSM OFF their indicator will flash.

To activate RVM on IC

07-20-04-19 B3 b5 = 1 may be different in their instrument panels for those with RVM or BSM OFF their indicator will remain on.

Tested in my instrument panel and in CMU options are enabled, I do not have equipment for BSM or RVM will be different according to the type of cluster they have, I can not say how it works because I do not have the modules but someone with BSM or RVM I could try and confirm. In my case I have 1 DTC due to communication error with the module.
I have RVM, your finding is correct!

M3 2017.

706-01-02-8400-0000-10A4 - these are expected to belong to TSR with 00=enabled & in my case disabled.

706-01-01-6C80-9000-72FD, 706-01-02-8400-0000-10A4 - these are expected to belong to LKAS/HBC, in my case enabled.

706-01-01-6C80-9000-72FD - these are expected to belong to LDWS, in my case enabled.

706-01-01-6C80-9000-72FD - these are expected to belong to SCBS 2017 model, in my case enabled

Thx a lot Nikodim !!

It would be fantastic to have your IC value when LDWS is ON / LKAS OFF - LDWS is OFF / LKAS ON - ALH is OFF so we can identify where value move and what it does and what it's... It means you'll have to do a lot of saves...

With my car we have differences on :

720-01-01 B1:b5:b2:b0 [I see a lot of differences here... --> have you got Low Level Windshield indicator ?] and B2:b4 [Have you got disabled I-stop ?]

720-01-02 B1:b2

720-04-08 B2:b0 & B3:b2:b1 --> no idea at all

720-04-10 B0:b5 --> idk...maybe Something related with your wheels what are their sizes ?

720-04-12 B3:b1 --> maybe ALH

720-04-14 B1:b6:b5 --> I suspect it's for ALH with new FSC

720-04-16 B0:b1 --> = I suspect it's for LKAS/LDWS too

720-04-19 B0:b7:b5 --> = LKAS/LDWS in CMU

720-04-26 B0:b5:b4 --> = I suspect it's for LKAS/LDWS too

Regarding the ALH:
This is the next step technology after ALS & AFS & I understand that it substitutes them.
I also suppose that 720-04-14 B1:b6 bit really belongs to ALH as the other b5 & b4 are disabled in my M3.
Simply to disactivate the feature in CMU (see below image) will not erase it from CMU menu, for that purpose it'll be necessary to record zero into 720-04-14 B1:b6 bit.
But this feature really can work only with special adaptive LEDs in the headlights, if You have them different - that'll be no use for You. This is why I cannot see any use of recording in ForSCAN zero there. It may help You to enable this feature only when You purchase these LED headlights

Successfully enabled and tested TSR by changing that 10 to 00 (as mentioned earlier in this thread). I got an invalid checksum popup from FORScan, but ignored it and applied 00 anyway. Restarted car, saw the TSR option in Safety settings, it was pre-enabled, drove to stop sign, saw stop sign on HUD.
