One issue with the excel doc is in RBCM:
7B7-01-03 B3 b4 says coming/leaving home lights show.

This is not true. It is some weird region code or something because in NA, setting it to show coming/leaving lights does show that in the menu, but it also throws a persistent DTC about crash hardwired input signal (not present on NA cars) and also disables the factory intrusion alarm.

Do a quick search, I posted some time ago how to enable it.
Thanks for replying.

My CX-5 is a 1st generation like the video i posted. I cannot find it anywhere in this forum on how to successfully activate i-DM for 1st generation CX-5

I also cannot activate unlock mode which enables 1 touch and 2 touch for driver's door; all doors

Even leaving home light is impossible to activate.... i have tried everything and followed the guides provided by people on here.

Please look at my video

Hello.
There is in stock an original remote launch kit for Mazda cars from 2012 onwards.
I need to activate the SSU 1O uart pin to connect the kit to the European market. In the US, this pin is active by default. In European - disabled.
I tried to fill in the SSU configuration from the American auto; everything was fine, but the KEY icon on the panel was on. As an experiment, cx5 was chosen without i-stop and without an extended key (there are no buttons on the doors)

Thanks for replying.

You need to change the wiring diagram going from the RBCM.
It looks like you have the English version of the car (European market)

Yes UK.

How does one change a wiring diagram from RBCM. what is the diagram being changed to?

Hello,
I'm a newbie to the forum and I've gone through majority of the posts and for the life of me I still can't figure out how to use the excel. I would like to enable auto door locking functionality. My RBCM values are:

7B7-01-01 1958 0004 E318
7B7-01-02 A504 0300 0875
7B7-01-03 0010 9000 62
7B7-02-01 0028 1098 0091

I have a 2014 Mazda 6.
Anyone care to point me in the right direction? Thanks

Hello
It is true that it is very tempting to want to recode his car .... but I advise you first to understand how the excel file work before coding because if you have a problem you will not get away.
Understand how each block of code works and how it is built.
Then how does the file work?
Here are some info:
In your 7B7-01-01 1958 0004 E318
7B7-01-01 = 07-01-01 = RBCM adress
1958 0004 E3 = B0B1 B2B3 B4
Eatch word B0, B1, B2, ..., are composed of b0 to b7 bit
18 = B5 = Checksum

1- To recover the AS-BUILT data of the vehicle on the MAZDA website (a little research in this forum will be useful for you ...)
2- Use the "CCC Converter" tab to fill the IC module with the AS-BUILT data of the vehicle.
3- Manually fill for other modules from backups made with Forscan
4- To modify a coding it is enough to change the value (0 or 1) in the columns "NEW"
5- you must always make a save with forscan before touching a module
6- It is necessary to know that if one touches IC between 720-04-02 and 720-04-53 it is absolutely necessary to touch 720-04-01 (checksum).
7- You should know that for IC do not do "Write all" in forscan but "Write"
8- It is necessary to know that it is often necessary to do a reset of the function in the CMU after coding so that it works
....
99- It is necessary to say THANKS to Sergslim for his excel file.

I attach my RBCM, you will see the coding before and after the activation of the ADL

Thank you for the direction, bobstar_fr.
I studied and understood Sergslim's excel (thanks again!) and managed to:
1. Enable ADL
2. Enable Find My Car
However,I'm unable to disable i-Stop using IC .The i-Stop icon has successfully disappeared from the dashboard but the car still stops as if i-stop is still enabled. Are there any extra changes I need to make as regards i-Stop?

Also I would like to be able to mod IC and enable Dynamic Assist Lines on the reversing camera but I do not quite understand your point 6 above.
Thanks.

Hello
- For i-Stop I do not know, I think that
(IC) : 07-20-01-01 B2b4 => 0 - disable I-Stop; 1 - enable I-Stop (enable / disable button I-Stop and view logo "I-Stop" on Instrument Cluster) and
(SSU) : 07-31-01-01 B1b4 => 0 - OFF I-Stop, 1 - ON I-Stop (Tested on CX5)
(SSU) : 07-31-01-02 B0b4 => 0 - OFF I-Stop, 1 - ON I-Stop (Tested on CX5)
- For point 6: When you change something (with excel) in IC between 07-20-04-02 and 07-20-04-53 the value of 07-20-04-01 changes automatically, this value must be transferred to 07-20-04-01(with forscan) at the same time as your modification and click on "WRITE" and not on "WRITE ALL"
- For Dynamic Assist Lines you need a rear camera with 7 wires.

I can confirm that I now have I-Stop properly enabled on my Mazda 6 using the procedure for CX5.
I have understood point 6 now. I decided to read all 430+ pages of posts and I am almost through. Most of my questions have been answered.

The Dynamic Assist Lines, however, do not appear on-screen, so I guess I do not have the rear camera with 7 wires.

Is it possible to know which other cool features have required hardware installed but are just disabled?

Thank you for the assistance, @bobstar_fr and the good people of this forum.

Probably it depends on car, because I tested it on my car, and I have Coming/Leaving from factory and they disappear from menu when I change this bit.

UPD22: (07/23/2019): Changes in 6.18:
- With help of @Nikodim, we split FSC tab to two separate tabs for Gen 1 and Gen 2 accordingly.
- Also changed some info on IC related to FSC Gen1/2
- Added DRL to FBCM tab. Thanks to @reeeeeeee
- Added separate column on i-ActivSense tab for FSC Gen 2, and fixed some info on this sheet
- Added links to few of my Tutorial videos for activation of i-DM, Cruise Control and Auto Door Lock. Can be useful to understand how to work with the file.
- Most of these changes were done a while ago, but I moved old file to archive folder just now.

LINK TO THE FILE
Updated 6.18 file version.

I also had an idea to make a list of hardware version related functions so to say. I mean to list which functions would work starting with which version of hardware.
This includes those PSM_MZ, FBCM, etc.

Maybe @bobstar_fr can help to create such list?
