Hey,

what you try to do? Upgrade from G122 to "original-HP" for the 2.0 Gas-Engine? So, get the original G-165?

I Think the map is encrypted with the FIN. So, a map from a different car with, of course, a different FIN-Number will not work. My guess.
Here in Germany, I did it on both of my Mazda3 120 HP 2.0 2017. So, i had to extract the data with Forscan, sent the File via email to the "expert"
and get it a few hours later back, restored it with forscan. I chosed the @home-version, so I`m able to restore the original-file, the new-file and
are able to try the 3. file ("throttle-gas-pedal-tuning") it is like the extra hardware "Pedalbox" with 165/170 HP. Nice work, nothing to do with chip-tuning.

The @home-Version costs my about 530 € (1st car and about 400 € for my 2nd car) . If you drive to the "expert" it will cost about 350 - 400 €.

Bye

@TheMapper this is interesting.. are you planning to make it available for "sale"?

How does it drives, is there any difference below 4k RPM or only after?

Did you maybe search for available options to turn off CD, probably this could be very commonly wish.

Assuming thats a 2.0l motor thats about what you get from tune. However, you should try to get the hp to peak a bit lower, not right at the cut-off. Moving the peak down the scale just a few hundred rpm or so should get you a bit better mid range where the power increase is more useful and noticeable. With these motors that have limited power potential peak hp is less important than area under the curve......

Hello!

first of all Thanks a lot to our colleague for opening the thread and also for sharing with us important news. I’m watching since the beginning the thread and I was waiting for “the mapper” to share with us his solution for chiptunnig. In the meanwhile An important runner in Romania “TCM tunning” by a random check for a stage 1 solution I saw that it was released a solution that can provide up to 190hp. This solution it has been confirmed by me by another check up on br-performance.be that it shows the same hp output. I will let the informations gathered here. Sorry for stepping into the thread but I hope that my information will help the thread.Personally I would like to have a stage 1 only for emergency situation and Optimisation, but before doing this operation I would like to knowif The warranty will be affected and also if any issues can arise after stage 1.

Hello,

@Chiupa really? I just sent to TCM an email on today and I'm waiting for a feedback. At this time for me personally is just a matter of time until they will figure out how to hack the ECU models after 2019, it will be interesting if the warranty can remain valid.

I will push my luck with the guys from br-performance.be maybe they will have a resolution. Anyway for me personally is amazing that from an aspirated 2.0 engine you can have such a power.

Cheers,
Adrian Andrei
