I've found a discrepancy in the number of bytes.
The real description for SSU module has to be:

and program changes the following bits:

b1 - 0 or 1 = function is not known

I think I know how to activate the leaving home light.
Today I've found out my CX-5 has leaving home light and coming home light by default :smile2:
There are corresponding settings in CMU.

So, here is my R_BCM as-built:

7B7-01-03 0038 9210 9C

It means to activate leaving home light and coming home light you need to set bit b4 and b5 in byte B1 of 7B7-01-03 configuration string.

B1 - it is (in BIN):
b7 - 0 or 1 = function is not known
b6 - 0 or 1 = function is not known
b5 - 0 or 1 = Coming Home Light - ON / Leaving Home light
b4 - 0 or 1 = Coming Home Light - OFF/ Leaving Home light
b3 - 0 or 1 = function is not known
b2 - 0 or 1 = function is not known
b1 - 0 or 1 = function is not known
b0 - 0 or 1 = function is not known

I guess the possible configurations are:

7B7-01-03 001x xxxx xx - Coming Home Light - DISABLED
7B7-01-03 002x xxxx xx - Coming Home Light - ENABLED
7B7-01-03 003x xxxx xx - Coming Home Light and Leaving Home light - ENABLED

Your car is a CX-5?
If yes, coming and leaving home is activate bu default but run its a little special.
To activate coming you have to pull high beam switch to steering wheel.
And leaving home only run if low beam switch is in low beam position (not in Auto one)

I wanna check with you one more thing. Do your CX5 has this setting in CMU when lock door, the side mirror will auto fold as well?

Unfortunately, mirrors auto folding does not work for my car :|
I don't know how to activate this option.

Does anyone have VIN of new Mazda CX-5 (Japan market) with i-DM option ?
if activate i-DM on new Mazda CX-5 2017, INVALID STAGE appears.

Any ideas how to get/set the 1st stage ? Or may be this option is not compatible with new Mazda CX-5 2017?

and in the photo I attached we've already changed the name Driver 1 to Сергей (Sergey).

BTW, the driver name depends on which smart key you are using. When I sit to my car I see Driver 2 instead of Driver 1.
When I took another key, and I have seen new popup message with Driver 1

I think you should to drive carefully to get stage 1. If i not wrong, i had the same "invalid stage" after activate this App.

Are you sure ? Normally, after i-DM activation 1st stage appears.

Did some one try to activate i-DM on new Mazda CX-5 ?
