Hello Withe
I'm wondering how about to active Headlight Off Timer in asbuilt.
Can we active this pernamently?
Because i use ELM327 with modifycation to edit in RBCM directly, everything OK, but when i press write button, it run 99% and show the error can't write because incompatible config.
So i thinking only way to active Headlight Off Timer is modify RBCM in asbuilt format like active cruise control....

I tried to activate auto door lock by replacing my b1 Byte this way:

D0 = 0b11010000 -> auto lock is working fine, alarm system not working (no 3x flash when I try to deactivate it via remote control)
D2 = 0b11010010 -> auto lock is working fine, alarm system also working!

So, my thinking is:

7B7-01-01 b0 b1 b2 b3 b4 b5(checksum) in HEX
where b1 - it is (in BIN):
0 or 1 = 0 - no auto door lock or 1 (0x80 in HEX) - auto door lock (activates door lock function in RBCM)
0 or 1 = function is not known

0 or 1 = 0 - blinker when doors close from remote control or 1 (0x08 in HEX) - no blinker when doors close from remote control
0 or 1 = function is not known
0 or 1 = 0 - alarm system disabled or 1 alarm system activated

This is impossible with just a setting. There is a logic tracking current through bulbs to signal driver when a bulb is dead (current is less than normal) and turn signal flashes faster. Same happens with LED turn bulbs as they consume much less current than usual bulbs.
Probably there is a workaround with replacing turn relay. This works fine with older cars with less electronic. Or you can add extra ballast resistance in parallel to LED bulb to increase current (this is stupid solution for me though).

I want to add Auto Door Locking to my Irish Mazda3GT which also has
Rain Sensing Wipers
Hid Headlamps
Keyless Entry with walk away locking and Alarm.

I bought a modified elm327 from ebay, installed Forscan and got it all working ok my problem is that the ASBuild RCBM Data from my is different to yours and although I can see that I should change 52 and 08 I'm not confident that I will get it right so could I please ask you to calculate the new values I should apply.

I have:
7B7-01-01 5D52 0006 E156
7B7-01-02 A51A 4300 08CB

Yes.
CX5, 6, 3 has same function

In Mazda 2 and CX3 for to do needed use other unit and other values (Mazda 2 and CX3 are not RBCM)

For accurate calculations it is necessary to know exact data of your car!
