I’m looking for help with why I can’t use my iPhones navigation, it has no sound in the car and it is not connected. Why is that? And is there a fix?

You have to have Apple Carplay (CP) for using your iPhone Navigation at the Mazda display.
1. Update to firmware 70 or 74
2. Install a new usb hub + 2 new cables

You didn’t understand my question, I WANT TO USE MY PHONE not the car, why does my phone not have any audio when in the car

Maybe the iPhone automatically connects via Bluetooth (BT) to the car and the audio output of the car is set to volume 0? Have you tried to disable BT (either the phone or the car) when entering your car?

On your phone, unpair it under BT settings. Then from your car, remove the phone in the BT settings.

Did both. Didnt work when it was connected. Volume is up
