Why not stick with 18s and have good fitment. 19's are too big

 

I'm not a fan of the design or 19s on a Speed. They just look to big. These are 30lbs to boot. I'd pass on these.

 

Not a fan of 19's on a MS3 either. Look way to big. Plus you'll wind up up with 35 series tires and the ride will be on the harsh side.

 

Thanks for the input guys, time to switch gears and look at some 18's.

I've typed out three responses that I don't have the heart to submit. So all I can say is "whatever floats your boat."

 

Definitely would not be on my list of rims to get. But if you like the style then get them.

Stocks are 18x7.5 these are 18x8, could I still run a 225/40/18 tire without issue?

 

These look way better than your previous choices. You can run a 225, it might have a slight stretch on the 18x8. I have 225/40 on 18x8.5 and it's barely noticeable, that's with Bridgestone RE11s. @Sublime27 has the same wheels as me and his Continentals have a ever so slightly more stretch to them.
