Did the speaker make any sound at all? If not, start cheap. Check the speakers with a multimeter. You have to look for 4 ohms stock

 

No the speakers makes no sounds and it also does not let me click on the radio or entertainment bottom on the infotainment system. I don’t know what it could be but I will check the speakers with the multimeter I just think it might be software or a fuse I didn’t check or that’s missing.

 

Looks that you need a new radio

My car has not mute bottom and the problem is I can’t even click on radio or entertainment. But thank you for the idea I want to try to resolve this ASAP. Any other ideas.

 

first look the emp if he get wet with some water.do this first of all and let me know.

 

Everything else works I can click look at the fuel economy and all the other options there only two this it doesn’t let me click on the radio and entertainment bottom.

 

Could it be a fuse or a software thing because I have push that multiple times raised lowered the volume and no sound. I check most fuses but I wonder if it’s one I have not thought to check or something else entirely other way thank you.

How would I do that to be honest I think it might be a software thing my car doesn’t have an SD card so it also don’t have navigation I don’t know if that affects the the sound system

 

Push the music button on the commander (the music note). A list of sources comes up on the screen.

That’s the problem I can’t push on the music note in the command system. I did the hard rest and I still can’t push the bottom it does not work it will not let me push the music note.

 

Everything else but the radio bottom also will not let me pick up calls. It shows a call is coming in but can’t pick up. That’s why maybe software or something I am missing.

I blew one of the 25W fuses labeled "Audio" in the manual in the under-the-hood fuse panel, but in my case the controller stopped working completely. I'd make sure all those labeled Audio are not blown. Should be at least a couple.

The other thing that comes to mind is that one or more of the plugs under the passenger seat (or behind the glove box at the TAU) may have come loose or been left unplugged if/when the previous owner removed their aftermarket gear.

 

Let me give this a try this week if you have any other ideas I would love to hear them thank you .

 

Just for the hell of it, try touching the music note. It is a touch screen, unless the previous own cut the wire due to it being overheated. If they did cut it, they got in there and could have screwed up other things, and then it would be worth a look.

 

I did not know it’s a touch screen the screen is cracked and the touch screen does not work.

 

In settings - system you can do a factory reset of the MZD. Worth a try?

Keep in mind there’s no need to look behind the glove box on the 2019+s. Unless you’re looking to access the mini subs. (My bad I see you have a ‘15. Let us know. No other ideas really. That it’s grayed out makes me think it’s hardware related tbh)

 

Well since it's cracked anways I would just replace it, find one at a local junkyard, online or replace with an aftermarket head unit/screen. I pretty much guarantee replacing it will fix it as long as the wiring harness has not been tampered with. I highly doubt it would be a fuse, unless it was one to an amp that the unit is realizing is not powering on.

 

Your car should have a fuse for only the sound.My 2011 has one. Only for the sound. Took that fuse out and installed a new one.

 

Solved: just bought a 2015 Mazda 3 and had the same issue. In the engine compartment, there is a large fuse box. Fuses 11, 12, 13 control audio (fuse diagram is on the inside of the fuse box cover). Two of those were blown on mine. (There are replacement fuses inside the fuse box cover). Anyway, changed those out and now all is (currently) working. It has only been a day…but so far so good.
