Hey guys I'm new here. I've been searching google for 2 days trying to find an answer so I hope you guys can help.
And hopefully this hasn't been asked a ton. Basically my gf's 2012 speed3 was burning 1 quart of oil per week. Turns
out the stock turbo is going out so its time for a replacement. After finding a stock k04(from Mazda) was $1800 and the
CST4 was only $1200...we decided to go with it. Was told its a better turbo. She needs her car back for work so didn't have
tons of time to shop around, or wait to get it rebuilt. With the mods she has the car already has enough power for her. So that
being said we will be getting a moderate tune as reliability is important to her, but she would like a least a little more power since
the cst4 should be capable of that. So my question is will the mods she has be good for the cst4 or do we need anything else?
mods list
CS stage 2 intake w/turbo inlet (2.5")
autotech hpfp internals
3 port boost controller
catless test pipe
resonator delete

I'm wondering about the intake should i get a 3 or 3.5 inch one? Or will the 2.5 be fine since were not trying to max out the cst4?
She will also be getting a BOV/BPV once we find one she wants. Might as well since were getting it tuned anyways...right.
