Hey guys!

I drive a 2017 Mazda6 (eu-spec) with LED headlights and would love to have the possibility to use my taillights while the DRLs are shining at full brightness. In my research I found that in US you can switch on the parking lights and the DRLs are not dimming to parking light, but shine on bright while driving (in eu they are dimmed when the switch is set to parking lights). you can find both cases in the attached screenshots of the manuals.

does anyone know if it's possible to change the behaviour of my car to the usdm version with a change of as-built data?

did someone manage this? I would be also fine if my lights would work like in the USA, where with just aux-light on, the DRLs shine in full brightness while driving. I think this can be done with an unknown bit, but I don't have any idea which one. Maybe we could compare my EU-Spec '17 Mazda6 config with an US-spec config?!

normally i'm not that "just ask for advice" guy. I've managed to disable my istop by calculating my AS-built data for myself. But now I want to have LKA (most important), LDWS and HBC (not so important) on my 2017 EU-spec Mazda6. The car is equipped with FSC and SCBS. Sadly, I can't really figure out which bits have to be changed, so is my AS-Built data:

can you please give me an advice which values have to be changed? please explain which bits should be switched from 0 to 1 or otherwise.

Do you have FSC-1st gen or 2nd?, if you have 1st gen then the SCBS is made with the LIDAR and thus in your windshield you will have two sensors (camera on one side and LIDAR on the other), if it is 2nd gen, then you will only have the camera, as both functions have been integrated on it. Configuration values change based on the FSC gen.

I assume that right now you only have LDWS and no HBC and you want to upgrade to LKAS and if possible have HBC. For this, first you have to check if your have the LAS_CUR PID on the EPS module. If this PID is not available there is no chance to get LKAS.

With this info maybe we can indicate a path to follow.

I don't have LDWS, just SCBS with 2nd gen FSC. and I have just a MT_current PID on my EPS, no LAS_current. so LKAS/LAS will not work on my car?

Hey guys!

My EUDM 2017 Mazda6 has no MRCC unfortunatelly, just the normal cruise controll. It's very annoying the the regular CC changes the speed in 1kph steps, while the MRCC changes the speed in 10 kph steps when you press the buttons for a longer time. My question is: did anybody got the speed changing steps to 10kph while holding the button in a car with regular cruise controll, but without the other MRCC functions?
