I tapped a curb today pulling into work and put a tiny scratch in my TSWs.
They are the matte gunmetal nurburgrings. SUPER bummed. Has anyone has any luck just touching up a small area? everyone i talk to says the whole wheel needs to be re-painted and i dont wanna pay almost as much as the wheel cost for a re-finish.

Thanks!

You can go to a hobby store and buy Testors paint or similar that comes real close to the wheel's color. I have 30% gloss black wheels and I found that a 50/50 mix of Testors gloss black and flat black match the wheel quite well. I have already touched up some little chips and a small rash.

Or you can call a mobile wheel repair and they can do it for you.

I have this wheel. My Meteor Gray 3 was damaged when a woman plowed into it while parked, and the body shop repaired the one damaged wheel as part of paid-for-by-her-insurance repairs. I can't see any damage, so I'm sure there's a way to professionally repair these wheels.
But I've also put more scratches than I'd care to recount on these wheels. I touch them up with "Plastikote wheel paint", purchased over the counter at an auto supply store. I usually spray some into a small container and then use a brush.
The color is 626 Charcoal Gray.
...hope this helps
