No port found yet under the dash (D-sub bracket is there, but no port connector installed! Sorry for the lame photo.), nor near the left-side fuse panel or the engine compartment fuse panel. It's 24 degrees here, so I haven't yet done a thorough inspection. Any ideas?

It looks like it's there, but has been pushed out of the bracket. Those 6 blurry pins and black housing look like part of the OBD port.
