I wouldn't personally, they are too expensive for my tastes and any tinted bulb has less real output.
If you're doing this for just the looks though, I don't see any problem but you may be able to find a cheaper version of the same idea.

If you're interested in simply upgrading your halogen bulbs I and others have had amazing success with this guide:

The upgraded bulbs provide better throw and output while making the color a little more of a pure white.

After running through the entire range of bulbs in my old car where replacing them was a breeze, I'd probably just opt to keep putting regular ones in. Especially since it looks like surgery is required to replace the headlights in the 3. The more powerful and expensive a bulb is, the quicker it would burn out.
