I just bought the iPhone X. I would like to be able to charge my phone wirelessly, because I do not want a wire running out of the center armrest. I have a CD player that I am willing to remove, as I never use it. Ideally, I would like to put a wireless charging pad below where the CD player is currently located, and connect the charging pad to wires that currently connect the CD Player. If I have a wire running from the center armrest to the charging pad, that would defeat the purpose of being wireless.
My only concerns are how it would look removing the CD player and if the car would be much noisier after taking out the CD player.
I am curious about how others dealt with this.
