It appears these are an older model. Did Aerotwin blades get folded into the ICON brand? In the US, these Aerotwins are not cheap, overpriced old stock.

Has anyone installed ICONs (24A / 18A or 24A / 18B) on the Mazda 3s?

 

I have been doing the rubber insert replacement since the car was new... nearly 10 years. My wipers are original and still working fine. It's also insanely easy for me to keep a spare set of rubbers on hand.

It's cheaper and creates less waste. What's not to like?

 

Always good to have spare rubbers on hand.😉

 

I just went with RainX. So far, very happy.

 

If you have it handy, would you be able to share the RainX part numbers for the set you bought?

Thank you for sharing this. Can't tell from the photos but I assume the new stock you've purchased is silicone-based beam blades?

I do not know if you ordered online, but if so, I'm happy to check pricing for 24" & 18".

 

Just got them at Walmart. Don't overthink it. They're great.

 

My goal is not to overthink things, but to not over pay!

 

They're good value, too compared to Icons.

 

Cost effective, get refills anywhere. Genius!
