What are those tabs? Or sensors on the top corners (both ends) and also at the center top (outside the SCBS and rain sensor)

I received my aftermarket replacement windsheild. Those strips like tabs are not there and I'm unable to find what they are or used for

I had the windshield on my 2017 3 Touring replaced with a factory replacement a couple weeks ago, the tabs had little nubs that stuck out and were used for alignment when installing the windshield.
