I was thinking of plasti dipping the top 3-4" of my windshield. Will plasti dip adhere? And anyone think it would be legal or not? Might just find a cop out and about today to ask.

Go have someone do tint (won't be more than $20) to do a window strip.

Otherwise do vinyl.

plastidip absolutely will not last very long, especially in spring rain season.

Yeah definitely use vinyl or have it tinted inside, it'll look ghetto with the plasti dip on the windshield haha

Well that was a brain fart and a half! Haha I'll have to do a vinyl wrap. Don't really want to mess with the inside

The thing that sucks is the AS1 line is really high on these cars. Doesnt allow for a very big "legal" strip

lol.. legal.

Well I guess it depends where you live.
Mine is about 3" below the AS1 line.
But even that is too high compared to how low I'm sitting.

Thinking about doing some tint even blow it inside so I get blinded less when the sun is right on the edge (which is too often; enough for me to consider a 2" strip of tint)

With that said, anyone in stock seats wouldn't be able to see crap from my car, my eyeline is barely 2" above the dashboard.
I still struggle to see stoplights and have to lean forward sometimes lol
