I know there is the blue led on the handle already plus the driver side window switch is illuminated. But does anybody else wish all of them were illuminated (driver side main and the other 3 doors)?

Is there an illuminated switch you can buy then plug and play?

There are none ATM, you'll have to do this as a side project for a future How To/DIY. Try Google searching and reply back with your decision.
