I have been wanting to swap out both the driver's side control of the passenger window as well as the passengers window control with the auto up/down switch. Does anyone know if you can just buy the parts and swap the switches?

Thanks!

My guess is you would need an aftermarket solution to make it work. I only say that because the stock auto switch has an element of software involved. For example, if you disconnect your car battery, the auto down/up feature will default to disabled. You have to re-enable it with the correct button sequence, so there's more to it than just obtaining the correct stock switch.

Ya when I got my car back from AEM my auto up/down button wasnt functioning and I was like wtf. Low and behold I find a section in the manual mentioning the button sequence to re-enable that feature whenever the battery is disconnected.
