hi, I have a question, I noticed when i-stop is activated the horn doesn't work, is this normal? Once the engine starts again, horn works fine.

can you test on your cars please.

mine is a mazda 3 2017.

Interesting. In the UK it is illegal - (at least it's a no-no in the Highway Code) - to sound the car horn when a car is stationary. Could that be the issue, Mazda are protecting you from yourself?

Where I live it's common to use the horn in a traffic jam. First I though it was a problem with the horn. After some test I realize with i-stop this "problem".

update, today the horn worked again with i-stop, I will try to speak to the dealer to check this issue
