In the first photo, I hit a huge pothole in Montreal so the paint peeled off and now it's rusted.

In the second photo, I was behind a truck that throws sand in the winter.

What are my best options to fix those two problems? Should I replace the entire front bumper or just repaint it? If I repaint, how can I avoid the color difference?
