Bought a 2018 3 Hatchback, Touring, Manual, Bose/Moonroof, Black at the end of August for $16,900 - right under $18,700 out the door. Also worked in "cost" on parts.

Almost went for a GT, but only really wanted the leather, fogs and LEDs. I bought the fogs already and will keep my eyes open for leather seats.

I only see $1500 for the customer cash now...I guess it decreased in Sept?
It must have. The $2000 rebate was good until Sept 4 or 5.

If you are flexible on options you can wait until the 2019's come out and find a good deal on a 2018. Otherwise, email a bunch of dealers, at the beginning of the last week of the month. Let them know what the best price you have seen is, then ask them to beat it. Take the best price there, and repeat. Most will drop out as you keep sending better prices, but expect them all to call on the last day of the month. I have 10 Mazda dealers within an hour so that worked to my advantage.

Hello,

I am new to t he forums and to Mazda.

In the middle of September 2018 I bought a new 2018 Mazda 3 Hatchback Sport 6-Speed Manual for $15,235 US.

Happy with the price, about $5000 less than MSRP.

Took some time to work to this number but was well worth it, as I am quickly learning that a mazda 3 hatch it very well equipt at the Sport level compared to other competitors. Plus, $15,235 also made it one of the cheapest hatchbacks regardless. Sure the next gen is coming really soon, but cannot complain with this price.

I bought a Mazda 3 hatch, touring, 2.5, automatic, moonroof, bose, Silver, for 22 even. But I did not take the $1500 rebate as it would have cost me more than the 0 down 0 interest long term. I was also told by a good friend there the dealership lost money on that one. Yall's deals make mine sound not so great.

$16500 for a Touring Manual (manuals are less popular) with Bose and Sunroof. They are selling 18's in 2019 and the 19's are coming in. Some of them have been on the lot over 100 days. BTW in SoCal

Brand new here, both to the forums and Mazda.

Just bought a 2015 Sedan Sport with the AT for $5500. Private sale, seller was excited about it being my college ride, plus some repaired bumper damage from a pole so she took our lowball offer. Very different car for me (previous was '07 Honda Pilot EX-L) but I'm hoping to make the best of it.
