I tried cleaning the throttle body on a 2015 2.5L with some CRC throttle body cleaner but that stuff dries so fast I wasn't able to clean it completely but I got most of it. Just spraying it wasn't doing much. Is there anything better that I can used that wont harm the coating on the throttle body?

Any carb cleaner. The cheap ones work well.

Yes, you need to be careful what you use. Throttle body approved cleaner only.

I just looked at mine yesterday. Stuck the scope in it. I was trying to get it down the intake to see the valves but its just too twisted a path.

Have to say, the throttle body was remarkably clean. Looked almost new. I'm over 100k kms now. What are yours looking like? Maybe I'm just lucky.

TB cleaners dont flash so fast.... contact electrical cleaners yes....

any TB cleaner will do fine...
