I doubt there is any HP gain off it. Read up on the Sprintbooster, I am thinking it is the same idea. Just a signal amplier. So the car revs up faster, meaning it gets to full throttle before the pedal is down. I am just guessing but it seems to be the same idea as the Sprintbooster

You are correct allows control of the throttle response.

^ Yes, header and intake manifold would be nice. I read up a little on the Sprint Booster and the company claims it doesn't lower 0-60 times but it improves throttle response and gives quicker acceleration. Does that make sense? How are these installed anyway?

So with this mod, you would feel faster but not actually gain any performance? Would this work on the 2.5 auto? I saw the price of $150 plus $25 for PNP harness. Seems affordable.

The jury is out if it does much at all, someone wrote a long white paper about the SprintBooster.

Yes there is a performance gain but ideally, it levels out eventually. Because this things ideally lets you get to WOT faster, but at the same time you will get there eventually anyway.

I am curious as to what settings this has. The Sprintbooster, you can raise and lower how much extra throttle control you want. But this thing looks like you could do a lot more with it.

The I throttle controls the signal to the drive by wire throttle body. higher performance number the more response. higher economy number the slower the throttle response.
