no it will not work. The buttons for the phone go directly to the Bluetooth module. If your car was not originally equipped with Bluetooth then the wire is not even present. in your car.

I know this as I added the steering wheel with all the controls and added the Bluetooth module myself.

I have attached the wiring diagram for your info.

Is it possible to add bluetooth module? I'm adding cruise control now, bought steering wheel with all buttons, including phone buttons.
If it is, then is it worth, or its better to add for example parrot BT module?
I've got genuine, non-satnav radio.

Adding the Bluetooth module is not an easy task. Our cars are not wired for it. The parrot module is definitely easier but the phone buttons on the steering wheel won't work.

Well if you think it's going to be so easy, you will need the Bluetooth module and microphone along with the connectors to the and a good 6" of the wiring harness from a donor car. You will also need some shielded cable and the connector from the clock spring from a donor car.

Once you get your materials it should take about a day to rip out your interior and get things done.

I added the bluetooth to my 2012 mazda 3 back in 2014 and it still works great to this day.
