Hi folks, sorry if this is the wrong section. I have a Canadian 2017 Mazda 3 GS with basic keyless entry (I have to unlock my doors using my fob but push button start engine).

I noticed when I exit the car while it's running, only the drivers side door remains unlocked. I can not unlock all my doors with the fob. I have to manually unlock it by opening the drivers side door and pressing the door unlock button. Is there a way to change this sonthe fob will unlock the doors?

No, remote is unresponsive while car is running

Using the button on the door is the only way to unlock the other doors while the car is running. I'm going to say it's because it's a good way to keep someone from inadvertently unlocking the doors with a pocket bound fob while driving, but that's just my opinion.
