Hi, I just joined the forum. I have a 2011 3s sedan and i wanted to improve the headlamps. I bought an HID kit from ddmtuning that hasn't arrived yet and a pair of switchback led lights from ijdmtoy.com. the switchback lights came and when i went to install them, they didn't fit through the turn signal hole even though they claim to be 7443. I had to remove the leds and put the stock bulbs back on, only that one of them now doesn't light up. I am returning the leds back to idjmtoy.
Can anyone tell me why one of the stock signals is not lighting up and if there is place that sells switchbacks that WILL fit through the whole?:crybaby 1:

It doesn't need a ballast or anything?

it's a simple light bulb swap from the stock to the aftermarket

you might need a load resistor so it doesn't hyper blink

they are a pain to install, it's easiest to take off each headlight and find a metal spot to mount it onto

these load resistors get very hot and melt plastic easy

It will fit, just need to finesse it in there. I purchased the one from ebay and it had to be coerced in there.

i am just going to return them and buy the ones from v-leds.
