tire suggestions ?

got a near full bolt on speed 3. i want to go touring with it but I'm iffy on what tires i should put on and if its even worth putting tires on a evo x enkei rim. its a 18" by 8.5

i shouldn't have used that word. Put it on a circuit track i mean
