Car: 2018 Mazda3 Sport GS 6MT
Packages: Moonroof package
Color: Soul Red Metallic
Location: Canada (Northern Ontario)

This thread will detail my mods and build progression. Mazda has done a really good job with the stock 3, so my mods will likely remain to a minimum.

Mods completed to date:
- window visors
- rubberized dead pedal rest
- clutch travel shortened

Things I intend on doing to complete my 'build':
- Summer rims and tires
- HIDs
- 35% tint
- Aftermarket gear knob
- darkened license plate cover
- debadge

I'm always on the lookout for performance mods, but from what I've seen there's not much point putting a CAI or exhaust onto one of these. Will likely look into a tune once I see some hard evidence of adding power without having to rely on higher octane gasoline. Aside from that I don't think there's much more power to be squeezed out of the 2.0 with reasonable amounts of money.

None of these mods are too technical. Just a matter of saving enough money to complete them one at a time. Will post pictures once I reach my thread count.

Unfortunately to get any sort of decent results from a tune you do need at least 91 octane.
87 octane tunes don't aren't really worth the cost.
