hey so winter is coming to an end and I'm looking to put my summer wheels back on. My old lug nuts are all rusted and nasty looking so my uncle "borrowed" some nice black lug nuts from his work only thing is they are a lot longer/deeper than the ones i have now. they are 12x1.50. Does it matter if the lug nuts are longer?

Longer, no, not really, as long as there's enough room inside for the studs to fit it's OK. They can add a little weight but it's probably not significant.

The big problem, however, with changing lug nuts is that there's different kinds, which seat differently on the wheels, and you need to get the right kind. There's at least three different kinds: flat ones (you probably won't see these), "acorn" ones that are rounded, and conical ones. Using the wrong ones can result in them loosening and falling off. OEM ones for Japanese cars are usually acorn style, but aftermarket wheels and nuts frequently use the conical style. Here's a page that discusses this.

they are longer so plenty of room inside to tighten. I believe they are acorn style nuts and just going on my stock mazda rims

Looks like a conical/tapered seat to me; might want to make 100% sure the seats match your factory lugs nuts.

I am looking for anti-theft lug nuts for my stock wheels...could someone recommend a good kit?

Is this the correct size and shape?

I don't want to spend 50€ on the original kit....

You want a 60º cone seat, 12x1.5 thread as pictured above.
Just FYI a determined thief can easily remove most wheel locks just as quickly as a regular lug nut.

McGard spline drive lug nuts part # 65357BK.

That's what I have on my ride and you need a special tool to remove or install them. A little added security that way.

They look really nice too.
