On my way to physiotherapy last Friday and I'm travelling at 90 km/hr on cruise control in the slow lane. I look up in my rear view mirror and see a gold coloured minivan barrelling down on me. I try to pull off the highway to avoid getting smashed but the asshole still hit me. His excuse was "I didn't see you" WTF how don't you see a vehicle on a clear sunny day with no snow or ice on the roads. The only good thing is that my car will be fixed with only original new Mazda parts and I don';t have to pay the deductible as it was 100 % the other guys fault. The insurance adjuster came and it will be between 3-5000.00 to bring it back to new condition.
My car is a 2013 GS-Sky and I got it i the middle of January this year.

Here is a couple of pics from the collision place.

I now have an exhaust system that comes out from behind my rear wheel

Sorry to hear you had this happen and through no fault of your own. Glad you are OK and it sounds like had you not reacted quickly enough it could have been a lot worse. A$$hat driver...and why is it always a minivan?!

I agree. If someone damages my car like that i want a whole new car. Cause the car i just had was accident free, no incidents. No issues. Now that goes on the car's record, than the value of the car goes down.

But sorry this happened to you!
At least your okay and youll have your mazda back soon!
