stuck in park, no horn, no brake or reverse lights

Hello,

I have 2007 mazda 3 2.3 engine. Could not get it out of Park without using the mechanical bypass at the console.

There are no codes.
Checked the horn and and a few other fuses, all good.
Swapped the horn relay with another one and still not working. There is voltage at the relay and I can sound the horn there by shorting two connectors.
Checked the brake pedal switch with a meter, cruise still works, on same switch. Not sure which pins to measure.

I suspect that there's a wire issue at the engine fuse block, maybe from the horn fuse to the relay? Anyone have a wiring diagram of the large cable coming into the engine fuse block?
