Hi there first of I have a ‘15 Mazda 3 iTouring. My problem is that I hear squeaking in front either (1) I go down a curb. (2) or when I turn the steering wheel left or right. I would describe the sound as if the hinges of a door wasn’t greased well. I read here in the forum about the TSB regarding the clunking noise. But I think mine is different so am ruling out the “clunking noise” TSB. Also I just got my springs changed using Eibach Pro-kit. But I’ve been hearing this “squeaking” before when I was still in stock
Springs. It’s just lately that I’ve been hearing ut a lot. TIA for the help.

Seems like we have similar problems. My car front end squeaking when I turn the wheel to almost full lock while braking. And when I am turning right, the front left squeaking, and turning left makes the front right squeaks. For example when I getting out of a driveway in an angle.

Also when I wasn’t lowered and when I go through a speed bump, the front end squeaks as well. Especially when the weather is cold or humid. But after I’m lowered, I have to get through the bumps in an angle so I don’t heard any noise anymore.

I’ve also checked the TSBs regarding the front end noise issues, but those weren’t really match my situation.

I’ve heard someone said this might be caused by a bad end link. I’ll try to diagnose the problem when I have time, and hopefully it wasn’t caused by bad ball joint, cv joint or lower control arm or something like that...

Please let us know if you found the solution.

Edit: I also have a 2015 sport GT (Japanses built Canadian top model)

Went to dealership and had it checked out but they can’t replicate the sound.
Hope I find the culprit before warranty runs out.

Spray some lubricant on the Front/Rear stabilizer (sway bar) brushings. This will narrow down one item.

Bad ball joints are more of a (clunking) knock sound.

Serpentine & A/C belts
Would WD-40 enough or some special grease is needed?
Also I dont hear clunking so I’ll rule out the ball joints.
Thank you for hte advice. ??

I don't like WD-40 much. PBlaster from Canadiantire is a lot better for penetrating oil and the best is gun oil (very expensive).

Spray away at the rubber brushings and see if they noise disappears (temp fix). Brushing are inexpensive replacements.
