The roads are so rough here, what can I do to the suspension to lessen the road bumps if anything?
More likely than anything, changing the stock suspension will only make it worse, or at least in the case of Koni FSDs is a pretty expensive proposition. The easiest thing you can do is to change the tire/rim combination. If you're not already on them, you might want to downgrade to the 16" wheels (P205/60/R-16, which gives you a 123mm sidewall) and use a soft sidewall tire like Continental Extremecontact DWS.The roads are so rough here, what can I do to the suspension to lessen the road bumps if anything?
very nice thank youShocks are one good way to address this. However, tires (especially sidewall construction/material) are also a huge contributor to ride quality (or lack thereof) We have lots of tire threads with consistently positive forum member reviews of the Conti DWS 06's ride comfort. Others like the Pirelli P Zero All Season Plus tires.
Frankly, you can not go wrong with changing out the OEM tires found in most parts of the world, e.g., Dunlop SP 5000's. I would take a look at TireRack's comparative "ride quality results" with different tires.
