So i am newer to this, but i just redid my braking, and i want to lower my car without spending a fortune. can i lower it by using just springs, or do i need to get new shocks/struts. i dont want to lower it a lot, 1-1.5 inches is plenty. i drive a 2012 sky-active sedan

You have the option of getting Eibach Pro-Kit or Road Magnet. There are others, but those lower the car 1-1.25 inches. It is HIGHLY recommended that you buy some shocks as well because the stock shocks will eventually go out. Learn from others and do it right the first time (me included).

If you do it yourself, your looking at about 200 for springs and 300-400 for shocks (koni STRT or others). Add a couple hundred dollars for a shop to install it.
