Do you mean strut tower bar? If so a few people run them havent really heard they made that much of a difference on a fwd car when the struts are already so close in on the chassis/firewall already..
I don't know if you can feel a difference immediately, but it would make sense for preventing long-term chassis sag if you have stiff springs. My car has already seen the shock towers sag inwards a few millimeters in the 1.0 years that I've had my coilover setup. I'll need a strut bar to slow that down.
Yes, a strut tower bar. My Miata has one right from the factory I the 04 but that is a really light body for performance at around 2000 pounds...... pretty light.

Also I see the tire pressure is at 36 lbs which is getting on the higher side but guess this is for the fuel mileage side of thing. This also translates into a stiffer ride but may soften up when I get some miles added as it was just delivered last Monday.
I like how strut tower braces look even if they don't add much performance to the suspension. I may end up making one if nothing comes available.

The manual says to increase the tire pressure further, 2-3 psi, in winter (possibly only when using winter tires). I like the ride how it is.
on a 2014? really?

I thought the 2014 has a nice stiff front end, almost thought no mods needed at the front. almost no roll when I test drove it.
contact these guys Ultra Racing - Malaysia 1st & Largest Strut Bar, Anti Sway Bar, Member Braces Manufacturer | Ultra Racing reinforcement bars and sway bars are their specialty. I got my (high quality) STB for my CX-5 through them. I am deciding if I want the front lower bar.
No, wouldn't really expect any improvement in performance or ride but more to keep any twist out of the front end and to help keep the front end alignment were it should be
Just installed my CS Strut Tower Bar and I felt a noticeable stiffening in the front end on sharp "spirited" turns. I already had some improvement from my new RSB but now it feels well balanced. Well worth it if you ask me. As already mentioned, worst case you have a very nice cosmetic addition to your engine bay.

I was totally looking at buying the CS tower bar until I realized it blocks off any chance of adjusting camber. The welded design is definitely stronger than the GTSpec "pivot" bar too, I wouldn't be surprised that you can feel a difference in cornering behavior.

Regarding the tire pressure... I thought that 36 psi was pretty high when I read the manual. The standard used to be 32 psi but I guess that with the fuel economy rating being foremost that they are wanting the higher pressures for that.

TwentyThirteen........ I see you dumped the cold air boxes and went with a direct hot air filter replacement. I checked with my dealer about using the square drop in K&N filter and they said no problem but added that don't remove cold air intake box setup as it may affect warrantee. From what he said , the ECU and fuel injection is set up for the stock intake box setup. Makes sense to me .
