Hi all!

Just upgraded from a clunker I've been driving for about 10 years to a shiny new 2018 Mazda3 Hatchback GT. Have had it for less than 48 hours, but loving every minute of it! I know the forum is labeled -2017, but I hope you'll accept my new friend and me anyway ?

Looking forward to getting involved in the community! Especially excited to personalize the new ride and tune it, so will probably be hovering around those threads more. We live in California, so plenty of windy roads to test improvements out on. Starting with the 80-20 rule--first major upgrade will be tires, though I'll give the stock ones a while so that I can get an honest long term feel for the factory option. With minor stuff, already ordered an evil m badge ? (too paranoid to cut my own)

Also, the last car took quite the beating, so looking forward to compensating by pampering this one with detailing!

Congrats on your new GT! The dramatic look without a lot of $$$ is : Mazda Window visors, tinting rear windows, Mazda body kit - except for the lower rear and upper spoiler.

Thanks! Was actually already looking at the visors and bodykit pieces, gonna be nice. And it already came with back window tint, just need to do the front ones now.

Welcome to the forum!

If you want to pamper her, invest in some Meguiar's cleaning products. The stuff works.

So far cleaned up the interior a bit with some ArmorAll wipes. Worked fine on soft surfaces, but rookie mistake, left marks on everything with a shine. Will check it out, thanks!

I purchased my 2018 Mazda 3 GT September 2017 and had the dealership install the Factory Spoiler kit. Other aftermarket lower/upper spoilers look better than the OEM ones.

Welcome aboard.

Found some factory splash guards on FleaBay quickly after I bought it, then some Weathertech window visors. Did full led interior lighting and tint. Been happy ever since.
