Does anyone happen to know what size bolt can be used to screw into the hole on the rotor on my '14 3 to help remove it?

If there's no screw in that hole, then just take a hammer and whack the rotor (carefully) until the rust releases.

I usually take a rubber mallet and whack at it til it comes loose. If it's super stubborn like on older cars, then I take a hammer and tap the hat of the rotor til it comes loose.

Hammer and whack it. Just make sure you sand the flat surfaces near the studs before installing new one as their might be something still there after removal of wheel and rotor.
