All,
I wanted to make this it's own thread for now. I was wondering if anyone has bricked their system by installing an update for the connect system.
I'm curious about:
1. What happened (did it not turn on? boot loop? etc) - what are the symptoms of a bricked system / semi bricked
2. How did you fix it?
3. What were the firmware version (started with, to end)?
I have a backup of the /jci/ folder from the car since I used the AIO tweaks just for this, but I'm not sure how i'd restore the system using this folder, or if I would have to download the firmware via the threads posted here.
Additionally, has anyone installed other regions firmwares on their device?
