Replace Disc Rotors & Brake Pads Or Wait?

Hi,

Today I received my DBA T2 Slotted Front Rotors & my Power Stop Z23 Brake Pads. :)

My stock brake pads and disc rotors have already approx.16500KM on them, I'm driving lately very spirited, pushing the brakes harder than usual, haven't check if they are worn out completely which I don't think they are since braking still feels pretty much OEM to me. Although on the front left disc rotor I can see a big circular deep "scratching" line on it.

So, the question is very simple should I replace the disc rotors now and have the DBA Rotors and Z23 Brake Pads Installed, or should I wait until i really "need" to replace them?

Thanks for your feedback.

@Davidval18 I have a great question, where did u manage to find DBA rotors for the 2014+ Mazda 3? I am trying to find the DBA 4000 or 5000 T3 series for my 2017 and so far nill. @arathol any ideas? I want something with high thermal capacity so if Im driving at high speeds diving deep into the braking zone that I won't have brake vibration and ultimately fade when I need it the most. I might try a track day or two next year at a local circuit just north of me so I need something that is a balance between autocross use and track use. My thoughts were DBA T3 4000 or 5000 series but I cannot seem to find them for my car. For pads probably endless but still considering all options.
