Hey guys I've been wanting to reduce body roll on my car for so long and I haven't had some money till now, I was wondering if i should;
- buy a CS rear sway-bar first then some H&R springs OR
- H&R then the CS sway-bar????

My only problem is that if I get the sway-bar, i have to literally pay double the price for shipping to Australia when i could just go to my local shop and get some springs

Do it in that order.

Sway bars are for tuning; not something you technically should be doing first and then getting springs afterwards.
