So I'm thinking about plasti dipping my stock wheels but I heard sometimes the area where the nuts bolt in can get messed up and lift the plasti dip. What do you do to prevent that from happening ? Do you avoid plasti dipping around that area ?

Okay cool thanks guys ! I'll just probably leave the lugs on while doing them and be extra careful when mounting and dismounting wheels.

I agree I tried doing this with my wheels and it really help cover the lug nuts. Just make sure to clean the surface thoroughly before spraying.
yep yep cleaning the surface is key. what i did was wash the wheels with soap and water then when dry was wipe the wheels with alcohol. then started to lay my first coat.
