hi everyone..

I am looking to downgrade from 19" x 8.5" wheels to 18" (I believe the ET is +35). I would like to be 8.5 - 9" in width and wanted advice about the good and bad about 8.5 or 9" wide 18" wheels.

Recently put on 235/35/19 tires and see a dip in gas mileage from previous 225/35/19. Also I am lowered on K Sport coilovers and with the 235/35, I get some fender liner rub on big dips. Ultimately, I am trying to downsize for gas mileage and to honestly maybe go a bit lower!

Will need advice on:

- should I go 18" x 8.5" or 18" x 9" (pics plz)
- ET recommendation for both sizes
- tire spec recommendations if I go with either (pics plz)

Thanks for the help!

18x9" +28 on 215/35/18. no rubbing at all. lowered about 2" on corksport springs. will have to roll the rears if I go lower though.

this is how much it pokes right now
bro, thats dope... change of plans.. guy sold the 18x9's i was looking at. someone else is selling some NICHE 19x9.5, but doesn't know the offset. online shows mostly +35. how do you think that would fit? I was wondering if you would know since you have a lower offset for your car.

Hmmm i just went fron stock 18s to 16x7 +50 lol

With 225/55/16 summer tires.

Like it a lot more than stock.

I think you will enjoy the smaller wheels and tires.

Eco tires. Boom fuel economy issue solved. Concerning the size, 18x8.5 just because it's the smaller option. If fuel economy is your main goal, I'd go back to stock wheel and tire width.
