Gone

Used 3 weeks. Model QL-MZD111 for non-Bose 2010+ models.
I'm not crazy about the UI and touchscreens in general. I guess I'm old fashioned and prefer physical buttons to press. If you're looking for a plug and play Navigation head unit with an OEM look, it's not bad for the price.

Lots of nice features:
-The Navigation works really well. Definitely the highlight of the unit. I really like the lane guidance.
-The physical fitment and OEM look.
-8" Display/resolution is nice.
-Plays DVD's (nice if you're waiting around for someone)
-SD card slot to play movies/audio.
-Bluetooth menu is nice. Easy to use layout.
-Audio/Subwoofer output, dual video outputs
-USB input
-Remote (probably would only use it if I were riding in the back seat and I had head rest monitors)
-Can hook up a rear camera which will switch automatically when you put it in reverse (Camera sold separately) And if you hook up rear parking sensors to it, it will display the distance on screen)
-Volume & Ch -/+ steering wheel controls work.

Cons:
-No RDS (even though it says it does)
-No PIP according to the site (although it does work most of the time)
-Qualir's after-sales support.

$300 shipped / obo (Saving up for some TSW Nurburgrings)

More info: Car DVD Player, Car Electronics, Car Accessories at Qualir

Can I answer and place calls from my steering wheel buttons with this head unit? Do I lose the little red screen on top of the audio stuff?

Just returned it back to Qualir.

But no, the phone buttons do not work. Only the volume/ch +/- work.
