Thanks for the recommendation on the leaf, I'll check it out this weekend. As far as warranty, it only covers powertrain from the dealer. I am afraid they will not warrant it for clicking noise in the vent. I'll get some pics up ASAP.
Quick update: Managed to clear the tire pressure warning by adding air to all tires to 34psi. As for the vent making clicking sound, I sprayed some air in the middle vents with some compressed air. Then I turned on the fan and heard something fell. Clicking sound went away. Maybe a piece of debris fell in the back but I cannot tell. Will check the cabin air filter this weekend to see how dirty it is.
I don't know if this would fix your problem with the clicking noise or not, but maybe cleaning or replacing the cabin air filter might possibly help. I bought my 3s new a couple years ago and once a year take out the cabin filter and either clean it with compressed air or replace it. Every time I've taken it out there have been some leaves and other small debris. I've never had any clicking noises from a clogged cabin air filter, but it wouldn't hurt in any case and it's very easy to do. Takes about 20 minutes the first time I did it... After knowing how to do it, it usually takes about 10 minutes. There's a DIY on it on here that has pictures on how to do it. Hope this possibly helps you out and congrats on the new car! I love my 3.
