I have a 07 Mazda 3, 2.0. The powersteering is not working. The dash light is on with no dtc's. Have tied changing time pump with no luck. All fuses and fluid level good. Have power on two of the plug connectors to the ps pump. Not sure what to check next, please help

It's a pretty simple simple system; power steering pump, hoses, rack. So if your pump is good, and your pump is turning via the belt, then your rack could be shot.
