If I find a style of wheel that I like, but can't get a color that I like, is it possible to have them painted/powdercoated?

If so, does anyone know the kind of price range? For a good to high quality job.

Eventually I'm thinking matte black body with green wheels.

Yes, generally about $125-$150 USD per wheel for a good quality job. Discounted for doing all 4 obviously, it's a lot easier.
