For those that have custom spring rates, how did you go about choosing them? I am currently using two approaches and am unsure which to go with.

Approach one: Work with ideal ride frequencies and work backwards (2.2Hz front and 2.5Hz rear according to Autocross to Win (DGs Autocross Secrets) - Suspension). How important is flat ride?

Approach two: Match roll stiffness bias with weight bias so that both ends lose grip at same time during the limits (assuming that the same stiffness and weight bias would create more of a neutral car?)
